The Unselfish Wealth system is just as their name implies, unselfish.
They discovered that by limiting everyone to just four personally sponsored members they could keep the big recruiters from hording all the money and start doing what they are supposed to do which is help their new people get their first new members. Here is how it works:

Once a member of Unselfish Wealth (lets call him john) has their four personals on level one then thats all the personal members John can have. John will get paid a twenty dollar fast start bonus on each of those four people.

Now here is the twist: Every member John brings in after that becomes a personal to one of his four members who all get paid the fast start bonuses even though they did not bring the person in. Once those four people have their four, John gets paid a matching bonus on all money that his four people are getting paid.

So you see John really wants to see his four members make money because that is when John starts to make good money. John can only make four fast starts one time. After that the real money comes from matching bonuses that he can only make when his people are making money.
