Printable Medical Release / Doctors Notes - A Great Way to Slip Out of Work or School
Imagine this. You're in desperate need of an excuse to give your employer on account of you missing work or school. Simply calling in sick just won't do. What you long for is one of those blank notepads doctors use to write up medical releases also known as a hospital doctor's excuse. However, you don't really know where to get your hands on one of these. So what can you do?

Well, you can opt to sacrifice a day's wages and possibly receive a telling off for not showing up at work, or you can simply choose to download a fake doctor's sick note. Is there a store anywhere that sells them? Not really, unless you're willing to sample the offerings on the World Wide Web. In fact, if you look hard enough, you'll probably find a printable format online that's just right for you. And these even look like the real thing.

There are several key ingredients that contribute to an authentic-looking doctor's excuse form. Although the copies found on the Internet are fake, they do include the usual details that you can find on an actual medical excuse. For example, a standard template would contain the name of a physician, clinic, the address of said clinic as well as relevant details of the patient (name, identification numbers, etc). Then, there would be a brief note explaining your absence from work or school.

Once you've checked the information on the form, you simply need to press print and voila, you now have the perfect back-up to your story. Even if you require a simple note to explain your children's absence from school, you can simply alter the name and key details (a popular children's medical excuse is the flu or a fever) to suit your requirements. But do remember that a single slip may cause the note to be invalid. So do pay careful attention to the information stated on your fake doctor's note to enjoy a guilt-free day away from work.
