Anything, literally anything, is completely customizable in this software. You will no longer have to pay attention to unnecessary incoming information, but at the same time you will not miss anything important. Actually there are two things that act as a whole – filters and alerts.
	You can filter e-mail by any field – To, From, CC, Subject – and even by content. The corresponding items are even built into context menus in Inbox and Address Book applications. You see a message you want to create a filter for, you select the "Create Email Alert" menu item and then just specify by what field you want to filter e-mail. As to text messages, you can filter them either by context or by contact. And you can filter incoming phone calls by Caller ID.
Once you create a filter, you will have to specify what the program should do when an e-mail message, a text message or a phone call matches this filter. There are a lot of options for alerts. You can make you mobile device ring or vibrate differently for each different filter. By the way, the program supports both built-in and custom MIDI, MP3 and WAV files. Alternatively, you can set up the program to show a popup message on the screen about incoming information even if you are currently working in another application. You can even create a continuous alert that will keep reminding you about something important until you actually notice it and disable the alert. This way you can discard spam without distracting your attention from your activities, but you will never miss an important message from your boss.
	There are advanced options when it comes to e-mail. You can configure the program to automatically forward incoming e-mail message to other addresses, .e.g. other members of your team. Also, you can retrieve partial messages leaving them on the server if they are too big – the maximum size of a message is, of course, customizable.
One more interesting thing is that you can create an alert that will inform you about low battery or low memory in your device. You can assign some easily recognizable tunes to these events in order to learn about the problem as soon as possible.
